just off highway 1. my absolute fave highway in the country. one of my favorite childhood memories was jumping into the car with my pops on the weekends and starting from our home (in pacifica) just driving down highway 1 through pacifica, halfmoon bay etc all the way to santa cruz and then turning around and driving back the same way. i have never felt connected with anyone or anything in the way i feel connected with the ocean.
